LifeTimeBackup.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions from time to time.  All agreements should be bound by the latest terms and conditions available at LifeTimeBackup.com.

 

By purchasing this service, you agree to have LifeTimeBackup.com store the data you provide for a term of one hundred years from date of receipt.  You understand that LifeTimeBackup.com simply stores the data provided without modification or review.

 

You may retrieve your data at any time during the backup term by contact LifeTimeBackup.com.  You will be required to provide proof of identify, as determined by LifeTimeBackup.com.  The first retrieval of data is included in service price.  Each additional data retrieval will be fee based.  The fee may vary during the term of this agreement.

 

You further agree, that your data will continue to be stored even if you die.  Your data will then be made available to family members, those with power of attorney, etc.  Should you wish to limit the scope of who may retrieve your data upon your death, attach a list of conditions to this agreement.

 

Warranty

 

LifeTimeBackup.com warrants that it will take the best possible steps to ensure the integrity of your data.  This includes, but is not limited to, storing your information at more then one physical location. 

 

One Hundred years is a long time.  LifeTimeBackup.com expects major technology change during the term of this agreement.  We expect to continually review storage of your data and adjust as needed.  At all times, the total value of this warranty shall be the price paid for the backup service. 

 

LifeTimeBackup.com will endeavor to store your data in areas of the world that are removed from conflict.  However, this warranty if void in case of war, natural or man made disaster and acts of God. 

 

Language of Agreement

 

These terms of service are written in plain English to encourage understanding by users.  User agrees that the scope of reference for these terms shall be 2008.
